Craks are lined-up skis and poles arranged in crisp Roman numeral formation, marking the number of each tile. Bams rise as tiered evergreen trees, their sections counting the number. Snowflakes shimmer as Dots, no two alike. The Winds race downhill as adventurous skiers carving fresh powder, while snow plows do the heavy lifting as Dragons. Clusters of winter berries add a pop of seasonal color as Flowers, and the Jokers arrive bundled in charm as playful polar bears. It’s a wintry escape—no lift ticket required.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
To keep your tiles looking their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause fading over time. Avoid moisture and never submerge your tiles in water. For a quick refresh, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Treat them with care and they’ll last for years to come.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $150. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within a week. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please Note:
The Mahjong tiles shown in our product photography were prototypes featuring 4 layers of acrylic. The final production tiles will include an additional white acrylic layer between the two color layers, resulting in a total of 5 layers. Additionally, our tiles are handcrafted, so slight imperfections may occur, but they won’t impact your game. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photo edits.
