Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your pre-order up to 7 days before the estimated shipping date. To cancel, please contact us at info@mahjandco.com.
A full refund, including any deposits, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request
Refunds for Damages and Issues
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to issue any refunds, unless the product is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item at info@mahjandco.com.
If you receive approval from our customer support team to return a damaged item, they will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or promotional materials that were included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
