Holiday Policy
Our standard policies will stay the same through the holidays with one special exception. We want to make sure your gifts arrive perfectly, so we are extending our order review window. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, you have until January 5, 2027, to check them over. If anything isn't right, just drop us a line at info@mahjandco.com and we’ll take care of it!
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your pre-order any time before it ships. To cancel, please contact us at info@mahjandco.com.
A full refund will be processed within 7 business days of the request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds for Damages and Issues
Once your order ships, we can only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product. If that happens, we'll absolutely make it right. Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt and contact us at info@mahjandco.com to resolve the issue.
If you receive approval from our customer support team to return a damaged item, they will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we require the item to be returned in its original packaging – tiles in the cellophane sleeves and mats rolled. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition. Any exception to our refund policy may incur a stocking fee of up to $20.00.
You’ll be refunded to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
